Building Scout has taken many hours of work and we're committed to seeing Scout launch this summer. We've put a lot into this project and figured that maybe some other people would like to give something to this project too. There has never been an autonomous surface vessel to cross the Atlantic- we aim to give Scout every opportunity possible to reach its goal. If you're interested, here's how to help.

Thanks to our sponsors, and help from many individuals, we have successfully secured most of the materials necessary to construct Scout. The one large remaining cost that we need to defray is the cost of transmitting information from Scout (heading, position, speed, etc.) The amount of information that we can transmit from Scout is directly proportional to the amount of money that we are willing to spend. Simply put, more money means more frequent broadcasts that carry more information. Any contribution towards this expense would be appreciated.
